About the Company:
ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.
As a System Engineer you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and managing the system requirements for unmanned helicopter projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are aligned with project objectives and regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our systems.
Your main tasks:
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.
With this you convince us:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.

- Communication: Very good communication skills. High social skills and good analytical and excellent technical understanding.
