Senior Project Management Interior Architecture / Architecture

Our client revitalizes spaces and properties in harmony with usage, design, and sustainability. As a strategy and planning office, the company covers all SIA phases of projects and has expertise in the Workplace & Education, Commercial & Mixed Use, Gastronomy & Hospitality, Banking & Finance, and Retail & Brand Space markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall project management of demanding architecture and interior design projects in existing properties across all SIA phases (project volume from approx. CHF 7 million)
• Cost and schedule management as well as ensuring quality of implementation
• Preparation of complete project documentation in collaboration with the project team
• Point of contact and consulting for the client throughout the entire project duration
• Development and coaching of younger employees as well as representing the office internally and externally

Your Profile

• At least 7 years of experience in managing projects in the DACH region (ideally 5 years in Switzerland) and a degree in interior architecture or architecture
• Strong skills in design, execution, and overall project management of complex interior fit-out projects
• High aesthetic and creative standards combined with strong technical and construction knowledge
• Structured, responsible, and communicative working style with interdisciplinary thinking
• Good knowledge in project and construction management tools (e.g., Messerli Bauadmin), Creative Adobe, MS Office, and preferably ArchiCAD; very good German skills (English is an advantage)
