Christ & Gantenbein is an innovative architecture office located in Basel and Barcelona with around 120 employees working on challenging projects both domestically and internationally. We are looking for a Project Manager 80 - 100% at our Basel location.

Your Requirements

• Completed architecture degree and at least 8 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years as a project manager.
• Experience leading project teams and external planner teams.
• Experience in project development using the BIM method is advantageous.
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing, English is a plus.

You should have a high architectural sensitivity and technical-constructive understanding in the tendering and execution planning stages. Enthusiasm for the coordination and leadership of different planning disciplines is essential. Based on your experience and secure judgement, you can prioritize working steps, initiate them according to phase, and follow up.

With your exemplary, proactive work style and high intercultural competence, you will inspire your project team and convince external project partners. You want to shape the entire process of architecture and drive it confidently in the transferred area, from the clarity of the architectural idea through all planning phases to the construction implementation. You believe that compelling buildings are the result of thorough planning and comprehensive technical clarification. For this, you communicate extremely professionally with all project participants and can convey the developed architectural approaches and constructive solutions clearly and convincingly. You appreciate the liveliness of a creative environment and demonstrate high flexibility in project deployment.
