Job Description

Architecture is more than building – it is an attitude. The way we build today determines the quality of life tomorrow. At ARDE Architecture, we develop architecture that meets real needs – sustainable, thoughtful, and people-centered.

With passion, empathy, and a clear vision, we create architecture that excites people and lasts over time. We are looking for a personality who shares our attitude and wants to co-create the future of ARDE.

Your Tasks

• Work on diverse architecture projects from the first idea to realization, applying your knowledge and experience where it makes an impact.
• Participate in different project phases.
• Develop and implement high-quality architectural and execution solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, planners, authorities, and companies.
• Think and develop sustainable solutions with architectural value.
• Take responsibility in your area of work, expanding it according to your experience and development.

Your Profile

• You have an education as an Architect, EFZ Draftsman specializing in Architecture, or HF Architecture Technician. More important to us is your personality.
• Enthusiasm for architecture and high-quality solutions.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Team spirit, openness, and initiative.
• Willingness to take responsibility and think critically.
• Interest in professional and personal development.

Why ARDE?

• Team Spirit & Trust: Committed team, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making paths.
• Co-Creation & Flexibility: Space for your ideas, flexible working hours, and modern work tools.
• Development & Exchange: We promote individual strengths and grow together.
• Work with a View: Our offices in Brunnen and Lucerne are just a few minutes' walk from the lake. Our Brunnen office is reachable in about 30 minutes by car from Lucerne and Zug.
• Architecture with Added Value: Regionally anchored, sustainably considered, and with a high standard of quality.

Sounds exciting? Want to learn more? Call us, write to us, or come by for a coffee. Very uncomplicated and without obligation. We are happy to tell you more about the position, our projects, and how we work at ARDE. Just as curious are we about what excites you, what you are looking for, and what is important to you.

Maybe it fits. Let’s find out together. Sometimes a good collaboration begins simply with a good conversation.
