We, lnvias AG, are a company based in Eastern Switzerland with headquarters in Maienfeld. Our group operates in the fields of construction, wooden spatial solutions, project development, planning, general contracting, and energy.

You want to combine your training as an architect with demanding practice and take responsibility in execution planning? Then you are right with us as an:

Architect B.A. or in Training 50-80%

What You Will Do:

• Prepare execution and detail planning until the construction-ready solution.
• Develop construction and detail solutions in wood construction, in coordination with statics and specialists.
• Create building application, execution, and detail plans as well as plan processing with ArchiCAD.
• Coordinate specialists and participate in the tendering process.
• Prepare and submit building applications and clarify authority and approval issues.
• Participate in cost estimation and scheduling.
• Take on responsibility for sub-projects and independently manage smaller projects.
• Support construction management and architecture throughout all project phases.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Create visualizations and marketing plans.
• Possibility for work assignments in Davos or Savognin.

What You Bring:

• Ongoing FH study in architecture or a completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ aiming for the FH degree.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on execution planning.
• Solid understanding of construction and building law.
• Very good knowledge in ArchiCAD and MS Office programs.
• Independent, self-reliant, and efficient working method.
• Structured and networked thinking combined with goal-oriented action.
• Openness and motivation for exciting wooden construction projects.
