Focus: Execution Planning | Switzerland & Germany Residential Projects | New Construction & Renovation | International Clients

We work on high-quality residential architecture projects in Switzerland and Germany across all service phases – from concept to completion – with a strong focus on design integrity and execution quality. To expand our team from January/February 2026, we’re looking for architects with a focus on execution planning.

Your Tasks

• Work on ongoing projects across all service phases (focus on execution planning)
• Develop detailed, execution-ready drawings and documentation
• Coordinate and integrate specialist consultants
• Develop early-stage designs into permit- and execution-ready plans
• Optional: competition entries, construction supervision

Your Profile

• Degree in architecture (Diploma/Master)
• Experience in execution planning is preferred but not required
• Strong technical and detailing skills
• Excellent skills in ArchiCAD, including BIM workflows
• Experience with visualisation and graphic tools
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written – mandatory)
• High design awareness and attention to detail
• Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
