Tasks:

As the central figure in the SIA service phases 41-53, you will take overall responsibility for the site management and organization of our integrally planned construction and interior construction projects. In your role as site manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team independently, solution-oriented, and with high professional competence. You will ensure cost and result-oriented management of the object monitoring specialist area, ensuring that quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency remain in alignment at all times. In the integral planning process, you will work closely with architecture, structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, and external planning partners, supported by BIM. This holistic approach allows for smooth coordination and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Profile:

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification. You possess very good German language skills in both spoken and written form. Your career includes several years of professional experience with all service phases related to the execution of medium to large projects in object monitoring. You enjoy traveling to the respective sites. You have extensive knowledge of the relevant approval and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards. In your previous work, you have gained experience with software tools such as MS Project and iTWO. Your knowledge in Lean Management methodology is appreciated. You are driven by curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
