Interior Architect — Projects & Brand Artistic Direction

Origami Rénovation wishes to welcome a creative and committed person to lead its projects and contribute to the development of the company, with an ambition: to strengthen its premium positioning and aesthetic signature.

Project Design and Follow-up

• Design interior architecture projects, global renovations, and energy-saving measures.
• Develop plans, ambiances, moodboards, and selections of materials, furniture, and decorations, proposing different variants.
• Accompany clients in their choices.
• Coordinate companies and oversee works until delivery.
• Ensure respect for budgets, deadlines, quality, and profitability.

Aesthetic Identity and Artistic Direction

You will contribute to the evolution of Origami's universe and create distinctive projects:

• Source materials, furniture, and original pieces.
• Enrich our materials library and references.
• Develop partnerships with brands, suppliers, and artisans.
• Participate in the artistic direction of the site, social networks, and communication supports.
• Imagine shootings and content to highlight our achievements.

Company Development

You will also participate in developing Origami in the premium and luxury segment:

• Develop a network of partners, prescribers, and business contributors.
• Identify new opportunities with Swiss and international clients.
• Create collaborations with brands, designers, and artisans.
• Contribute to our visibility and reflection on new offerings.

Autonomy and Evolution Perspectives

The goal is for you to gain gradually in autonomy in managing projects and participating in structuring the company.

Your Profile

• Training in interior architecture or architecture, or equivalent relevant training for the position.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally 5 years or more, with completed interior arrangement and renovation projects.
• Portfolio indispensable, presenting your concepts and realizations, with precision on your role in each project.
• An assertive aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to create coherent interiors, from the choice of materials to furniture and decoration.
• Experience in project supervision and enterprise coordination, with attention to budgets and deadlines.
• Good mastery of design, 3D modeling, and presentation tools.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ease in exchanges with clients and partners.
• Excellent command of French. English is an asset for serving our international clientele.

Additional Assets: experience in high-end projects, knowledge of the Swiss market, and a network of suppliers, artisans, brands, or prescribers.
