Responsibilities

• Design and develop interior architecture projects from conceptual phase to realization.
• Coordinate and oversee various project stages: preliminary project, permits, general estimates, bid drawing, execution drawing, offer request (submission), control and comparison of offers, execution of work planning, follow-up on deadlines and budgets, coordination of work.
• Collaborate closely with demanding and international clients to understand their needs and propose creative and functional solutions.
• Manage relationships with collaborators, companies, artisans, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior architecture or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing interior architecture projects, including construction management.
• Excellent design and technical drawing skills (mastery of Archicad, Enscape, GA ChatGPT software).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Swiss building and interior design standards and regulations.
• Perfect mastery of French, with good knowledge of English for our international clientele.
• Strong sense of detail.
• Knowledge of luxury materials and their implementation.
• Good volume visualization.
