In the course of the successful development of a long-established office and the increasing project volume of our client, we are looking for an engaged and entrepreneurially thinking personality for the position.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent leadership of challenging architecture projects through all project phases
• Actively shape and accompany the design process
• Responsibility for quality and project organization
• Leadership and coordination of internal project teams and external specialists
• Direct collaboration with clients, authorities, and other project participants
• Operational support for the company’s management in project execution
• Promotion and development of employees within the project organization
• Participation in the optimization of processes, structures, and quality standards

Your Profile

• Degree as an architect FH or ETH
• Several years of experience in leading challenging architecture projects
• Solid knowledge of planning and building processes
• Experience in leading project teams or a strong interest in taking on corresponding responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
• Strong quality standards for architecture, planning, and execution
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and constructive exchange with various stakeholders
